Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Responsible for the coordination and management of the full cycle of recruitment including advertising, screening CVs, phone screens, interviews, pre-employment checks and offer preparation
  • Work effectively with all Whittens hiring managers to provide end to end recruitment support
  • Candidate management utilising the ATS –JobAdder from selection process to onboarding
  • Undertake talent acquisition through a variety of methods including Advert sourcing, LinkedIn Searching, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals
  • Candidate management through the selection process and onboarding
  • Act as conduit between project team and mobilisation to ensure timely manning is achieved in line with the program
  • Work as part of the team to support Employee Value Proposition and HR strategic deliverables including promoting diversity and inclusion
