Microsoft’s CO+I team is seeking a Datacenter Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Integrated Planner / Scheduler to provide services for the Dublin site in EMEA. The employee will provide integrated planning and schedule management services for the campus. They will be required to develop and analyze totally integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) schedules. Recommend solutions or recovery plans to schedule or cost impact or delays. Required weekly and monthly reporting as assigned.
We utilize tools such as Master Schedules, Risk Framework, Quality Checklists and Schedule Health Scorecards, and are hands-on with the PMs in the field, and with the General Contractor with our tools and analysis. This results in Schedule Predictability driving overall delivery efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field experience
• Experience in planning medium sized capital projects in data center, oil and gas or chemicals (or related process industry). This experience should specifically include engineering and procurement, with specific examples of integrated construction planning.
• Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management and Key Commodity Tracking.
• Excellent skills in Oracle P6 project planning software
• Familiarity with Risk Schedule Analysis.
• Ability to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations.

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with CPM scheduling methodology.
• Ability to present data from a detailed to high-level depending on audience.
• Experience with Data Center construction programs.
