Epic Prelude Analyst

CTG is a seeking an experienced Epic Prelude analyst to support our client in the Central Region.
Location: Remote
Duration: 9 months

SKILLS:

• Must have strong healthcare background
• Previous experience working with scheduling templates, decision trees, automated ticketing scheduling, and MyChart integration with Prelude
• Previous Epic Implementation experience preferred
• Strong patient Registration experience and background
• A minimum of 2 years of direct Epic build, implementation, or support experience
• Certification in Epic Cadence & Prelude required.
• Must be extremely detail oriented, with an ability to develop and deliver high quality work products (e.g. reports, PowerPoint presentations, excel files, etc.)
• Is competent, self-motivated and able to work independently receiving minimal supervision
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills, can manage multiple projects at various stages and work cross-functionally
  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

• Exhibits a high degree of expertise in Epic Prelude & Cadence modules.
• Provides technical and organizational leadership in area (s) of specialization.
• Provides support and guidance to assigned functional management throughout organization, acting in the capacity of functional, business or information consultant.
• Solves technical or organizational problems utilizing knowledge in area (s) of specialization.
• Helps Epic build and maintenance for Prelude, Cadence and all things Patient Access including Cadence, Grand Central, myChart or RTE.
• Expected to focus time engaged in supporting Epic design, build, testing and support.
