YOUR NEW ROLE

This role requires you to oversee enterprise-wide guidance, governance, and portfolio management practices within the central office. You’ll also:

• Lead a high-performing team supporting enterprise delivery, with accountability for performance and development.
• Own the evolution of team’s portfolio delivery framework, ensuring consistency and maturity across projects.
• Provide robust decision-making material through complex analysis and interpretation for governance forums.
• Implement frameworks for resource capacity, benefits tracking, and operational benefits.
