Description:

We are seeking to appoint to a number of EPR Change & Quality Improvement Manager roles.
As a Change & Quality Improvement (QI) Manager you will lead on the delivery change and quality improvement initiatives triggered by the introduction of an EPR, working collaboratively with wards, departments and business units. You will also work with EPR and clinical systems trainers to support EPR familiarisation and ensure that new working practices are embedded in training and learning initiatives, as well as in the daily practices of colleagues across the Trust.
These are important roles within the digital EPR team and will provide an opportunity to use your skills within a close knit and dynamic team. You will have experience of project management, engagement programmes and working in a change environment. Clinical, operational or administrative experience in an NHS setting would be advantageous, however we are keen to hear from anyone with a passion for improving care and working with teams.
As part of the Trust’s commitment to flexible working there will be some opportunity to work from home and in the office on a rota basis. This will be reviewed regularly in line with service requirements. We are actively seeking job-share or those seeking to carry out this role part-time alongside their existing role.
We want to attract staff who embrace our values of compassion, a commitment to quality of care and working together for patients: we want to make these part of our DNA.

It will bring about a transformation to the way we provide care to patients and we’re looking for energetic, forward-thinkers to join the team.
The Trust is already acknowledged as a pioneer in the delivery of digital healthcare, with its award-winning digital care hub delivering care round-the-clock care homes, prisons and people in their own homes.
