EPR and Operational Excellence Administrator
Remote working
Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Ramsay Health Care UK is seeking a curious, proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us as an EPR and Operational Excellence Administrator. This role isn’t just about ticking boxes—it’s about driving progress, facilitating communication, and making tangible improvements that have an impact across the organisation.
Job Purpose:
This role involves coordinating initiatives within the EPR/Operational Excellence Team, tracking progress, scheduling meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met. It also includes assisting in data collection and analysis, serving as a communications point person, identifying opportunities for improvement, collaborating with other departments, preparing reports and documentation, coordinating meetings and providing administrative support to the Head of Operational Excellence and the EPR/Operational Excellence Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiative Coordination: Support the coordination of various initiatives within the EPR/Operational Excellence Team, including tracking progress, scheduling meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Data Management: Assist in the collection, organisation, and analysis of data related to operational performance and improvement initiatives.
Communications: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and proper dissemination of information.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the administrative functions of the team and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to operational excellence initiatives.
Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions for the EPR/Operational Excellence Team, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Operation Excellence and the EPR/Operational Excellence Team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Degree level qualifications Business Administration or sufficient experience in a related field
Excellent IT Skills
Initiative management skills
Excellent communication skills; high standard of written English and the ability to articulate constructive feedback clearly and concisely
Ability to follow a brief and meet deadlines
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and guidelines
