The successful applicant will join a diverse and ambitious team and organisation that is striving to become an exemplar organisation in the field of Equality and Inclusion.

You’ll hold a relevant qualification or equivalent experience, and show expertise in improving equality and diversity practice, developing frameworks and managing delivery of projects, workplans and events.
You’ll have a working knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty, and a good understanding of our local equality and diversity environment and needs of people on the basis of their protected characteristics within the city and region.
