EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Horse experience background a plus
- Positive interpersonal skills required.
- Must have organizational skills.*
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English.*
- Excellent computer and typing skills are required. Excel and Word proficiency preferred.
- Ability to think analytically when reviewing financial information.*
- One year experience in a related office environment preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs without assistance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a member of our Equestrian Center team, we are collectively responsible for the care of the beautiful animals that our members consider part of their family. We take great pride in providing the best possible service for all of our member’s, member’s horses and our guests.
The Equestrian Center Office Administrator will conduct daily activities to ensure accurate and efficient administrative duties are meant in at the Equestrian Center Office and the Trail Office. The time will be split between both offices.
Brasada requires that all team members communicate effectively and clearly. The relationship with our resort guest, members and vendors requires that they be communicated to with professionalism and courtesy. Working collaboratively with all Managers and Employees within the resort is necessary in order to fully perform this position accurately and efficiently.
To be successful in this position, you must be detail oriented and willing to take on new tasks as they arise. You thrive in a setting with firm and clear deadlines and manage your time flawlessly to ensure that all necessary processes between both departments are running smoothly.
This is a seasonal position available through October 2024 at the rate of $18.00. The schedule varies based on business volume, but primarily works Tuesday through Friday.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help with the check in process of our trail rides guest and communicate with guests/club members in a warm and professional manner.
- General billing and of services and boarding fees.
- Assist in the AP Process, review for proper procedures and completing AP cycle.
- Assist in the daily tracking of trail rides and reconciliation of billing.
- Support payroll function.
- Process ACH/credit card/Jonas billing.
- Filing, labeling items, and updating reports
- Returning calls and emails in a timely fashion
- Scheduling services and trail rides
- Other duties as assigned.
- Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
