Description:

WE HAVE A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EQUINE RECEPTIONIST TO JOIN OUR TEAM HERE AT ALNORTHUMBRIA EQUINE VETS IN MORPETH!

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, covering Monday-Friday.
As a Receptionist, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and their animals. You will need to be able to work well within a team as well as working individually, however, support from your peers is always on hand. We are a professional and personable team working in a very challenging and busy environment, which makes the role varied, and interesting and where no day is ever the same!
General IT skills and Equine knowledge are essential. Most importantly, we are looking for a team player who is flexible and adaptable - as there are so many aspects to the role, we need someone who is quick-thinking and willing to learn!
The salary for this position will be in line with the National Minimum Wage +3% cost of living increase.
We know that benefits are key and that your personal benefits priorities will differ from others. Holidays, pensions, discounts, paternal leave, fee payments or share save schemes might be your priority. Or, if easier, you can find a list on our careers site CVS Employee Benefits- what we can offer you. (cvsukltd.co.uk)
Are you passionate about making pets a priority? So are we! Take a look at our short film to recognise the remarkable work that our vets, nurses, care assistants and receptionists do on the front line every day in the UK: CVS Ode to Veterinary Professionals
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept and progress applications from candidates without the Right to Work in the UK as we cannot provide visa support or sponsorship, as our non-clinical roles do not meet the criteria set out by the Home Office to be eligible.
