Description:
- Maintain, calibrate, trobleshooting and correlate Metrology tools.
- Install and qualify new Metrology tools when needed.
- Generate and analyze statistical data for gauge R&R tool matching studies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of GR&R , SPC and latest semiconductor industry metrology tool technology.
