Equipment Maintenance Manager - FEOL

JOB SUMMARY:

Support production goals by providing work prioritization, support and management to equipment maintenance technicians on all shifts.
Drive area improvement to meet and exceed assigned Fab Section goals.
Manage a multi-shift, 7 day Maintenance staff, including Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance Support Technicians and Equipment Engineers, Vendor service support.
Set, track and maintain a budget for the Fab Section.
Track and report equipment maintenance performance metrics for the Fab section.
Drive the continuous improvement projects of assigned Fab Section to meet and exceed all company goals.
Maintain 5S initiatives.
Maintain documentation and procedures for equipment maintenance for Fab Section.
Oversee training program for Maintenance Technicians to meet staff skill set improvement goals for Fab Section.
Interface with Training Specialist, Process Managers and Production Managers in a team format to meet corporate directives.
Perform other duties as required.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Science.
Knowledge of semiconductor facility, equipment, production and processes preferred.
