Equipment Maintenance Technician (US MNC Semiconductor/Fresh Graduates Welcome)

WORKING HOURS: 12 HOURS SHIFT

Job Description: As a Wafer Fab Shift Equipment Technician, you will be expected to:

• Assist Company’s Shift Equipment Technicians in daily Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
• Collect PM/CM kits and ad-hoc parts from the Store and Company receiving centers. This may require multiple rounds of collection from different store and parts receiving locations.
• Send faulty parts for external servicing and receive repaired parts from the Receiving Store.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and Module Bays before and after work.
• Conduct 6S TPM audits and report the condition of the work area at the end of the shift.
• Collaborate with Company shift team members and maintain constant contact with supervisors and shift team members. g) Ensure safe work practices, use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Dispose of faulty parts, hazardous materials, and damaged items in designated bins.
• Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols.

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics.
• Understanding and interpretation of circuit/gas pipe diagrams.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical Preventive/Corrective Maintenance.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed, on job training will be provided.
