Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Facilities Multi-Services Manager (Level K) to join the team based out of Everett, Washington for second shift.
Boeing Interior Responsibility Center (IRC) is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Manager based out of Everett, Washington to lead a team of technicians and mechanics who support predictive and preventative maintenance activities of complex equipment used to manufacture and assemble airplane interior parts. The IRC Equipment Service team provides a full spectrum of support to keep production equipment fully operational through preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and predictive maintenance services.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 3 years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
- 3 years of leadership or management experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
- 3 years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Facilities and/or equipment services role
- 3+ years of experience teaching, coaching and developing others
- 5+ years of experience with data and/or predictive analytics
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory Facilities and/or equipment services role
