Home furnishing is the true heart of IKEA. We share our passion for home furnishing and ensure that the customer experience is well thought out at every point, no matter where they encounter IKEA.
As an online merchandising specialist, your goal is to attract and engage visitors in our online channels. You work to provide the best user experience so that people feel connected to our brand and the values we stand for. You will contribute to enabling customers to shop independently, convey home furnishing solutions, and generate interest in “life at home.” We are now looking for one Online Merchandising Specialist for our team at the Service Office.

Your experience
- Good knowledge of UX/UI principles in digital channels and merchandising techniques.
- Good knowledge and motivation to understand the entire customer journey - with a focus on user behavior - in an omni-channel landscape.
- Good familiarity with information architecture related to navigation and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) both in external and internal search.
- In-depth knowledge of home furnishing and life at home - preferably with a commercial background.
We also hope that you have education in areas such as UX/UI/Interaction Design, Digital Marketing or commerce and retail
