Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. We are the #1 global market leader in Wireless-WAN based enterprise connectivity solutions and are growing fast in enterprise Private 5G networks and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) solutions.
How Will You Contribute to the Company?
The purpose of the role is to develop and maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions). Includes all development activities (requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, PLM support, product documentation). The Developers act in accordance with the Ericsson Product Development Principles.

What Will You Do?

  • Take part in and understand technical strategies for own product area
  • Analyze market and technology trends
  • Define technology roadmap within own technology area
  • Derive requirements on product features and behavior from applicable business deployment strategies
  • Drive Ericsson’s long term strategies and take part in its implementation
  • Perform continuous analysis of requirements to understand impact of the existing product
  • To understand how the introduction of new features/ functions can impact the existing product
  • Analyze requirements to derive verification specific requirements on test scope test strategy, test environment
  • To design products and services
  • Specify, develop, set up and maintain a design environment
  • Define, implement, execute and analyze test cases in simulated, emulated and/or customer like environment
  • Continuously improve product quality and optimize processes in development
