REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong business acumen and customer relation skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- 2 years minimum administration experience.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise ERP System or a similar software.
- Proficiency in MS office including Word and Excel.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Degree or diploma in business administration or supply chain management is an asset.

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
- Efficiently coordinate with project managers throughout the entire lifecycle, utilizing the ConnectWise ERP system and ensuring accuracy of entry and completeness of tasks/products.
Purchase Order Management
- Take charge of the receipt and processing of all purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness within the ConnectWise ERP system.
Service Order Coordination
- Coordinate follow-ups on service orders, conduct thorough evaluations, and deliver comprehensive status reports.
Communication
- Facilitate clear and functional communication of service status to internal teams and the customer base.
Inventory Management
- Utilize the full functionality of the ConnectWise ERP system for precise inventory data entry.
- Coordinate and optimize inventory levels to meet the dynamic needs of various projects.
- Work alongside the shipper/receivers to ensure waybills are correct and disputes/discrepancies are processed in an efficient manner.
