ERP Business Analyst

You will be tasked with gathering requirements and ensuring the smooth delivery of new ERP system that has hit some obstacles.

This position is a critical position that will help to get this project back on track.

• You will be tasked with undertaking stakeholder consultations, and facilitating meetings and workshops to gather required business information for requirements definition and modelling of business operations.
• Working with the business to identify opportunities, process/system enhancements and suggest creative solutions.
• Build positive relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and the project team.
• Document business requirements, business processes (as-is and to-be), business rules, data models, interface specifications, report design and data flows as necessary.
• Create and maintain model user guides, documentation of procedural and system changes, and conduct training sessions.
• Champion all test phases to ensure alignment to business requirements and outcomes.
• Contribute and lead initiatives in change, testing, data migration, system integration and training as needed.
• Support the transition and handover of project outputs to BAU.
