We are seeking a skilled Business Consultant to help our clients optimize their business operations and processes. The successful candidate will have experience implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, as well as knowledge of Romanian legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of ERP know-how in configuration, implementation, and support
• Proven experience implementing ERP solutions in a business consulting role
• Experience in ERP plattforms, such as mesonic Winline or Microsoft Business Central will be a plus
• Knowledge of accountancy principles and practices
• In-depth knowledge of Romanian legislation and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with implementing ERP solutions and best practices
• A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field is require

Analyze clients’ current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement customized ERP solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption of the ERP solution
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve the ERP solution
Advise clients on compliance with Romanian legislation and regulations
Strong problem resolution capability and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
