Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst in ERP and CRM projects, with a deep understanding of ERP and CRM concepts and processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite, and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP and CRM systems.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and process analysis sessions to elicit requirements and understand business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and other documentation.
  • Work closely with IT development teams to design and configure ERP and CRM solutions, including customizations and integrations.
  • Participate in system testing, including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Provide end-user training and support during system implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ERP and CRM systems.
  • Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new ERP and CRM software solutions.
