POSITION DESCRIPTION
The ERP Implementation Consultant, Cloud Solutions (ICCS) is responsible for ensuring that the client projects assigned to them are delivered on time and within budget by the agreed-upon scope. Following The Answer Company implementation methodology, the ICCS works independently and/or as part of a team to analyze, design, document, configure, validate, train, and execute the delivery of the Acumatica and HRIS solution to meet the client’s specific operational and financial requirements. The ICCS role includes planning, coordination, communication, and direction of task completion by the project team to ensure the success of the project. Involvement in presales activities and client demonstrations to support product line growth initiatives is also part of the position.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Accounting, Information Systems, or Business Administration;
- Minimum 3-5 years of ERP implementation experience using Acumatica in the SMB space is a must
- Acumatica Consultant Badge certification (minimum)
- Accounting knowledge and practical operations experience with standard business practices related to Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory Management, AR, AP, GL, Payroll, Financials, and Consolidation;
- Working knowledge in experience with as many of the following applications as possible: (Nice to have) EBIZCHARGE Acumatica Payments SHIPSTATIONFusion WMS

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to determine their needs for an effective information system solution;
- Objective analysis and documentation of client’s business structure, needs, requirements, strategic goals, and business process realignment;
- Recognize and address gaps by assisting with customized solutions sets;
- Assist in determining requirements for projects, assessing environments, and developing blueprint documents, design specs, statements of work, and project schedules;
- Participate on project teams and/or lead teams to achieve desired outcomes based on scope definition;
- Analyze, design, configure, and implement systems and processes that meet client needs;
- Work in a collaborative team environment providing training and ongoing technical support to clients;
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring superior customer service.
