Description:

We are actively looking for a ERP Project Manager with a strong background in Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close large projects according to defined objectives and overall project management best practices and Support for ERP Projects. In this role, you will be exposed to IFS latest versions and other emerging technologies. This role require interaction with customers and within a team. Individual must have good communication, and execution skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project quality and the correct use of the Implementation Methodology and implementation tools to include overall project planning, direction and guidance
  • Be responsible for the project status and the reporting to the Project Steering Group
  • Detailed level involvement in all project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, control and reporting.
  • Single point of contact for the project for all stakeholders
  • Motivate the team and drive towards achieving planned timelines.
  • Ensure implementation projects are delivered to budget and on time
  • Manage scope and variations
  • Control of commercial, resource time and project risks
  • Oversee all communications and progress reporting with the customer
  • Coordinate all resources allocated to the customer project
  • Review all time and cost each week/month, and to produce the invoices within the relevant reporting deadlines
  • Liaise with the Finance Department in the progress and payment of outstanding invoices, in order to minimise account receivable balances.
  • Oversee the delivery of technical development within the established technical procedures
  • From time to time, the Senior/Project Manager may be required to liaise with sales management to provide pre-sales consultancy/presentations, and to construct responses and customer proposals
