QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 2+ years of experience providing functional finance expertise to complement technical operations, change management, requirements, adoption, training, enhance end-to-end financial processes, leverage system generated data, and get the most out of client ERPs (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Momentum, Workday).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Philadelphia, PA
Responsibilities:
Provide financial operational accounting, analysis, reporting, and process improvement support to the client’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) and/or associated mission organizations in one, or more, of the following service areas:
- ERP Operational Support: Provide functional finance expertise to complement technical operations, change management, requirements, adoption, training, enhance end-to-end financial processes, leverage system generated data, and get the most out of client ERPs (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Momentum, Workday).
- Digital Finance Operations: Sustain and optimize innovative digital finance solutions (i.e., data visualization, dashboarding, modeling, analytics, apps, RPA, AI, ML, and NLP) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of budget and finance operations.
- Budget & Finance Operations: Provide subject matter expertise and other financial management solutions/resources to support and improve budget and finance operations, throughout the budget lifecycle, working with our clients, whether within OCFO or the mission programs.
- Financial Reporting: Maintain, enhance, and evolve dynamic dashboarding and financial reporting to incorporate data into budget execution and to improve financial management, analysis, and reporting across the enterprise.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Facilitate activities by tying financials to operations, deliver analytical insights into our clients’ strategic plans, programs, and budgets, deliver transparency into execution, and drive data-based.
