In Group Digital we aspire to be a trusted partner in leveraging technology to enable our company strategy. Our ERP Support team consists of 12 team members and works with SAP and D365 systems. As a ERP Specialist based in Gdansk, Poland, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations by effectively managing digital processes. As ERP Specialist you will be busy with area of Supply Chain and Logistics in D365 platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide D365 support globally in timely and efficient manner
  • Maintenance and documentation of business processes and knowledge articles
  • Ensure customer-focused Digital ERP support aligned with the service level agreements
  • Follow best practices within Digital operations
  • Seek effective solutions and knowledge from various sources
  • Create and update documentation of business processes and knowledge articles
  • Use knowledge of Data Management to create new Atlas templates (AX) and import / export of data via Data Management (D365)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of documented work experience within ERP systems
  • Fluent English - both written and spoken
  • High computer literacy (Microsoft products (Dynamics AX 2009/2012 or Dynamics 365 FO)
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in supply chain/logistics/sales is an advantage
