Description:
Polarium is a growing high-tech company at the forefront of the battery revolution. We’re on a mission to develop and deliver next-generation battery solutions that power a sustainable future. As we scale new heights, we’re seeking a talented and experienced ERP System Manager to join and develop our ERP practice.
You will be in the driver seat related to all types of ERP questions forming the future ERP operation and maintenance landscape. Polarium has operated with Business Central from Microsoft over the last 3 years, hence experience from Business Central and/ or NAV as an ERP system is highly recommended.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing and supporting ERP systems
- Working experience from Microsoft Business Central and / or NAV
- Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Business Central and / or NAV
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders

Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and ERP roadmap: Own the ERP roadmap including managing project and backlog activities with the goal to optimize system usage for Polarium as a group
- System management and operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the ERP system
- System upgrades: Staying updated on ERP system upgrades and managing the implementation / release process
- Maintenance and support: Develop and maintain the support landscape including both external and internal parties
- Project management: Leading ERP-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
- Vendor management: Maintain and develop the current vendor landscape for the ERP eco-systemUser training, support and documentation
