Responsibilities:
- Lead the quality assurance team in strong collaboration with the low voltage (LV) power supply functional team to ensure delivery of quality event at major vehicle program milestones
- Provide the voice of quality by assessing engineering deliverables against program requirements. Ability to defend position when counter to function’s assessment
- Drive the team to develop robust test plans using the failure mode avoidance tools such as Boundary Diagrams. P-Diagrams and DFMEA
- Drive improvements and robustness into test methods and requirements
- Help teams develop robust prevent recurrence action plans for issues that were discovered during testing and launch
- Drive to closure open prevent action closure (PAC) items to meet corporate timing targets
- Lead teams to discovery of root cause and actionable prevent recurrence actions using analytical problem solving tools
