REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in office management or an administrative role, preferably with exposure to managing outsourced business functions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of staff and external partners.
  • Proactive approach with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office management software.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The ESG Office Manager at Tatung Sustainability Development Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is essential in ensuring the efficient operation and management of our office. This role is crucial for supporting our daily administrative functions, overseeing outsourced legal, human resource, and finance services, and maintaining an office environment that aligns with our sustainability and ESG goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee all general office operations to ensure optimal effectiveness.
  • Supervise outsourced functions, including legal, human resource, and financial services, ensuring these align with our company policies and ESG commitments.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and manage logistics for staff training and development programs.
  • Handle scheduling, budgeting, and procurement of office supplies and services, negotiating with vendors to secure cost-effective deals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implement office policies to foster a secure working environment.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and other corporate functions, overseeing every detail to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on office expenses and budgets, ensuring all financial activities are transparent and accountable.
  • Enhance office communication protocols, streamline administrative procedures, and oversee the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Act as the primary contact for facility management, maintenance issues, and office lease agreements.
