Responsibilities:

As the ESG Process lead, you will be critical in steering our ESG Processes into regional/local projects, ensuring they meet the globally defined real estate ESG objectives. In this role, you’ll initiate, manage and oversee the execution of such projects, steer the vendor selection, and provide crucial support to the project teams.

  • Lead and manage regional/local projects aligned with our sustainability/ESG and Net Zero strategy.
  • Establish and implement project management frameworks for effective monitoring, control, and execution.
  • Ensure project deliverables are within budget and meeting ESG objectives.
  • Select and manage vendors considering their sustainability practices and alignment with our ESG goals.
  • Coach and support regional/local teams to enhance project execution and compliance with ESG processes.
