This job is for you if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent demonstrated experience in marketing.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on esports, gaming, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably within the esports or gaming space.
  • Deep understanding of the esports ecosystem, including key players, trends, and fan communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for gaming and esports, with a genuine interest in the culture and community surrounding competitive gaming.
  • Organised and detailed oriented.
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Another native language: French, Portuguese, Swedish & Polish

Indefinite position to be filled as soon as possible in Portugal/Malta/Poland. Remote candidates can also be considered

Responsibilities:

In this context, your duties are:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Betclic’s esports initiatives, including tournaments, events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Work with internal/external stakeholders to create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and more, to engage with the esports community and foster brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the content creation teams to produce high-quality multimedia assets, including videos, graphics, and written articles, that resonate with esports enthusiasts.
  • Manage and grow Betclic’s presence on esports-specific platforms and forums, such as Twitch, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit, through community engagement and strategic content distribution.
  • Work with the Influence Marketing teams to identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, teams, and organizations within the esports ecosystem to expand Betclic’s reach and enhance brand credibility.
  • Oversee and manage the relationship with sponsored esports teams, ensuring alignment with country strategic objectives, brand values and maximizing mutual benefits.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, drive continuous improvement, and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
