Description:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AT ENTRY:
- Require a two-year degree, business school or trade school degree or certification in a specialized field with up to three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and experience.
- Relevant experience working with individuals with substance abuse/ mental health concerns
- Experience with crisis intervention and supports preferred;
- candidates with lived experience are preferred, and encouraged to apply.
Licenses/Certificate/Clearances:
- Valid N.Y.S. Drivers License,
- N.Y.S. Child Abuse Registry clearance.
Skills/Abilities:
- Basic computer skills.
- Creative problem solving.
- Negotiation skills.
Working Conditions and Environment/Physical Demands:
- Mobility sufficient to drive to and participate in meetings at client’s homes and/or community facilities which may not meet Federal accessibility standards for disabled individuals.
