OUR SERVICES EXTEND TO BOTH TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT RECRUITMENT IN EARLY CHILDHOOD AND SCHOOLS SECTORS, BOLSTERING EDUCATORS FROM THEIR INITIAL STEPS IN THEIR CAREERS TO SENIOR/EXECUTIVE ROLES. JOIN US IN SHAPING THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION.
An exciting opportunity awaits as our newest Established 360 consultant within our Early Childhood division. You will be responsible for sourcing and matching top-quality candidates with Education roles across a range of early childhood services within the temporary and permanent markets.
You will work closely with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements and provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process. You will be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for making a difference.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidate selection and sourcing for Early Childhood educators
- Vacancy advertising across multiple job boards
- Shift management for our casual pool of Early Childhood educators
- Performing reference checks for suitable candidates
- Business Development across the Victorian early years market
- Database Management. Revise and refresh client and candidate information within administrative systems to enhance the efficiency of information management and reporting processes.
