Job Description

The Estimating Coordinator will help with daily administrative tasks and support the smooth operation of our construction projects. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely estimates for our projects.

  • Provide administrative support for the design-build estimating team.
  • Gather project information from Scheduler for subcontractor timelines.
  • Gather, organize, and review estimating information from estimators for projects.
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractor meeting schedules.
  • Ensure prequalification forms for all subcontractors are up to date.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support the team with data entry and database management.
  • Perform general office duties, including managing calendars.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or estimating field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology is a plus.
