Description:
ESTIMATOR, ANTRIM, £40,000
We are working with an award-winning contractor based in Antrim who are seeking to recruit for their new Estimator paying up to £40,000 plus benefits.
Working within a busy and supportive commercial team you will be tasked with managing tenders from receipt, through to submission and post tender queries. This would include:
- Analysing plans/ bill of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs
- Researching, sourcing and negotiating best quotes from subcontractors /suppliers
- Assessing financial /technical/operational risks of project
- Review performance quarterly
- Evaluate returned quotations
