Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The main responsibility of the Solutions Specialist is to prepare estimate and proposal documentation for simple to complex focused sales solutions. These sales solutions will primarily cover the area of Building Management System (BMS) & Security lines of business, with a wide scope to provide you with a good overview of the whole business and personal growth development opportunities.
In this role you will manage your solution opportunities, thus providing a positive impact for the business by driving secured orders and GM extension through presentation of high value, strategic and proactive client solutions.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Provides estimates and proposals for simple to complex opportunities across Building Management Systems (BMS) & Security LOBs.
- Considers lifecycle, risk, ROIs and road mapping of sales solutions for sites / accounts / portfolios.
- Focuses on strategic campaigns such as existing customer Operational Technology (OT) solutions, digital readiness and facility performance.
- Work with Sales team, Branch and Sales managers
- Understand Delegation of Authority (DOA) and follow compliance.
