EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
  • A diploma in architectural technology and / or business administration
  • A combination of educational background along with skills / and work experience will be considered

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Previous estimating, project management and / or field supervisory experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong math skills in order to develop accurate quantity take-offs and material volumes
  • Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings and project specifications
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several projects at once
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail
  • Self starter who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience using Bid2Win, Bluebeam, Tekla, Revit and SAP is an asset.
  • Experienced and competent using MS Office applications (excel & word)
