• Commercial building projects ranging from $100-800M

  They are currently looking for an Estimator to join the pre-contracts team on a permanent full-time capacity.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant tertiary in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
• Previous experience working as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
• Must have experience working in the construction space, tendering on commercial building projects
• Proficiency in using CostX, EstimateOne, Aconex, MS Excel or similar construction software
• Excellent relationships with the local subcontractors and supply chain
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
