TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Ÿ At least 5 years’ experience of domestic medium density construction estimating, Databuild or similar software & BCA.
• Ÿ Proven knowledge of domestic construction methods.
• Ÿ Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Ÿ Able to understand and interpret technical aspects of design and construction.
• Ÿ Tertiary qualified in a building or engineering field.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The purpose of this role is to:

• produce BOQ costings and purchase orders for Burbank Projects ensuring that project costs are accurately calculated and target margins are achieved in accordance with business unit objectives.
