Responsibilities:

  • Help organizations develop ethical safeguards across six key dimensions of AI: fairness of outcome, model explainability, data privacy and safety, and model quality and governance
  • Develop, deploy, and manage AI technologies in a manner that complies with regulatory and ethical principles. This involves considering the potential consequences of AI systems and ensuring that they are designed and used in ways that minimize harm while maximizing the value of providing modeling insights delivered to our clients.
  • Develop and use AI in a way that aligns with commonly accepted qualitative and quantitative regulatory and ethical principles and requirements
  • Collaborate with platform engineers, data engineers, system designers, architects, database administrators, and cyber security risk professionals to assist in the overall design of production modeling systems
  • Drive the development, ongoing maintenance, and governance of advanced machine learning models and AI pipelines in a growing AI environment
  • Work with a team of data scientists, engineers, and model validation professionals in designing and releasing new capabilities to advance data science techniques and improve the trust and transparency in the AI modeling lifecycle
  • Interpret and translate model results, metadata, trends, and takeaways to team members, clients, and executive leadership with varying levels of subject matter knowledge
  • Support thought leadership on the evolving agenda of AI model governance of overseeing the execution and effectiveness of key modeling governance activities around performance monitoring, testing, and change management in alignment with industry best practices
