As an Ethics & Compliance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people. Here, you will make an impact by:
The candidate hired for this position will support the Transparency and Monitoring compliance programs within Solventum. Responsibilities will support compliance with transparency reporting and global internal policies related to interactions with Health Care Professionals (HCPs).

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Conduct data reviews of transfers of value (ToV) involving HCPs (e.g., honoraria payments made to HCPs contracted by Solventum, travel/lodging for HCPs paid by Solventum, etc.).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to obtain and understand datasets containing HCP ToVs. Provide coaching where needed.
  • Load ToV data involving HCPs into the compliance database.
  • Support submission of transparency reports to government or other regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with leadership for escalation of issues and trends. Identify areas of improvement and lead optimization projects related to the processes.
  • Monitoring of HCP interactions for compliance with internal and industry policies, e.g. Gifts, Entertainment, Meals, Sponsorships, and Charitable Contributions (GEMSC)
  • Proactive problem identification and resolution.
  • Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets and metrics.
  • Proactive participation in daily operations status meetings (Tiers), as well as in team meetings. When required to lead them.
  • Contribute to the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and Audit Controls.
  • Collaborate or take leadership on assigned projects, including training new hires or any other teams.
  • Contribute to migrations when necessary.
  • Actively participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards comply with corporate policies and procedures, and act in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards.
  • Workshop coordination when required.
  • Onboarding plans creations/updates for new resources.
  • Documentation ownership, such as SOPs, Work Instructions, and Job aids.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in communicating in English (oral and written / B2/C1)
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables, graphics)
  • Experience using Concur.
  • Knowledge of internal and/or industry policies relating to interactions with HCPs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing data within a database.
  • Comfortable “working in the grey”.
  • Audit experience.
  • Process development and/or improvement experience with a transformative mindset.
  • Detail and process oriented.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Flexible attitude and comfortable with continuous learning in a rapidly changing Health Care Compliance environment.
  • University/College Education related.
  • PBIs and Continues Improvement developments.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
