Our Business Area (BA) Markets is looking for the right person to fill the position as
(ETRM) System Specialist
for our office in Hamburg.
You and your team colleagues are analyzing and developing software solutions using latest technologies and methodologies to contribute to high quality in a dynamic operational ETRM landscape while staying compliant with our software architectural and security guidelines.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Administration, maintenance and further development of the trading application Openlink Endur
  • Customizing Openlink Endur by writing and maintaining Java based Openlink JVS API Plugins using the Eclipse IDE
  • Coordination around the trading system with business and projects
  • Following processes in handling business and audit requirements
  • Ensuring business continuity
  • Assuring quality of delivery

Your profile

As a successful (ETRM) System Specialist your work is defined by initiative and taking a proactive approach. You are performance-driven with a team-oriented working style. Besides that, you convince with the following skills and competencies:

  • A graduate degree such as Bachelor in Information Technology / Management, Engineering, Business Administration or other related fields
  • Good programming skills in C, C++, C# or Java
  • Deep knowledge and experience with complex soft- and hardware solutions
  • Team oriented, performance driven, high energy
  • 3-5 years of overall IT software and IT operations experience

Advantageous but not a must:

  • Experience with Energy Trading Applications, e.g. OpenLink Endur or other ETRM solutions
  • SQL experience with Oracle, PL/SQL
  • Experience in ITIL processes

English is the company language. German will however be a plus.
