KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
For consideration, you must bring the following skills to our team:
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written. German skills would be a benefit.
- Structured and solution oriented person
- Self-driven, reliable + collaborative personality
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Great level of Excel
- Ability to monitor execution of activities by measuring and reporting on activity and campaign results
- Familiarity with the marketing and sales tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Oracle etc.) is an advantage
- Interest to drive and coordinate projects
- Interest in trade-marketing and online-marketing data analysis
- Consumer Electronics Industry interest & knowledge is a benefit

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the EU Retail Channel Team and to support them in achieving the EU Retail Channel business goals. You will have many opportunities to learn from world-class sales and marketing executives and grow your own career.
- Support the team with top-notch presentations and files coordination
- Monitor Top Account / Joint Business Plans, including ROI tracking
- Support the team in analyzing sales data in Tableau and identifying clear actions for local KAMs
- Support, prepare and coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly team meetings & customer meetings.
- Support and monitor execution of central program implementation (Example: Back-To-School back-pack bundle)
- Contribute to the quarterly Retail newsletter
- Support the preparation of customer specific reports (sales & marketing), make analysis and recommend actions
- Track the timely execution of deadline driven activities on a European level like NPI (New Product Introduction), forecasting, AOP (Annual Operational Plan) submission, store event planning, etc
- Participate in the planning and execution of events (eg customer visits in Lausanne or Retail bootcamps)
- Support the team with best practices sharing
