Description:
CAPACITY CONTROL
- Coordinate with all parties (BU, commercial, logistics, operation, procurement team, countries, and partners) on daily basis regarding capacity control (allocation/space/forecast/schedule/feeder etc.)
- Monitor the countries bookings and forecasts for the next 4-6 vessels.
- Coordinate cargo allocations and trans-BU priorities as per BU’s guidelines.
- Analyze the impact (cost, commercial & service) of any operational constraints and provide input to the BUs.
- Support flows by providing cost effective solutions for all cargo.
- Propose cargo flow optimization and cost saving initiatives based on day-to-day work
