DXC is in growth mode and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead (m/f/d) to drive sales initiatives and revenue growth across Europe. The Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve targets. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the very best, industry leading professionals, in Sales, Solutioning and Advisory across our region and to deliver valued services to our existing and new logo clients in their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT BY:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Europe
  • Managing internal and external customer relationships. Promoting, evangelizing and driving the establishment of technical credibility of DXC Modern Workplace Offering within existing and prospective (new logo) clients
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
  • Envisioning creative value propositions that make DXC unique in the eyes of the customer
  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance with sales pursuit teams during the solution and commercial pricing development process to ensure alignment with overall Company sales and client business strategy.
  • Provide oversight in the delivery and sale of the technical solution strategy and vision to senior client executives. Ensures that solutions from each service or product line fit with one another in connection with overall technical strategy and the transition plan, utilizing standard company solution offerings as appropriate to the opportunity
  • Provide industry expertise and client business understanding. Serves as an established subject matter expert on Modern Workplace

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Minimum 8+ years of selling Modern Workplace business solutions, this can include technical consulting, and or Pre-Sales solutioning experience in W&M
  • Have experience of working in a global, matrix based organization – Modern Workplace is one of several offerings within DXC which ultimately covers the technology stack DXC can deliver to clients.
  • Modern Workplace solutions scope:
  • Digital Support Services (Global, Multi-Channel Service Desk, Tech Bars, Self Service, Proactive Support using AI/Robots/tooling
  • Virtual Desktop Services (VDI – with Citrix or VMware)
  • Unified Collaboration Services (Microsoft Teams/Slack etc)
  • Device as a Service ‘Evergreen – Compute as an Experience;’ – Automating the supply, provision, delivery of new laptops to end users, specification of device is tailored to end user persona/classification within the business
  • Software Asset Management – Companies spend literally $millions every year on license renewals – we have IP to automate this analysis and remove human intervention to drive better cost outcomes
  • User Experience XLA’s – Modern Workplace service is focused on deliver the right, unique experience to the end user……you could say…..its ‘all about me’ – The use of experience analytics data is key to drive innovation for our clients.
  • Track record of closing Modern Workplace Managed Service deals in the $10m-90m TCV
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve goals.
  • English and German fluency is a must
