The firm has more than 7,000 professionals around the world who work with clients to optimize their business, improve their operations and risk profile, and accelerate their organizational performance to seize the most attractive opportunities.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Oliver Wyman is seeking to hire a Director of Human Capital (HC) Operations to oversee all HC Operations’ activities across the European region.
Based at our London Baker Street office, this Director of Human Capital Operations for Europe role will serve as the primary point of contact to the European Region Heads, COO and Director of Talent on matters involving Human Capital (HC) Operations.
This is a challenging and important leadership position within the HC Operations team and requires strategic thinking, hands-on oversight, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high client satisfaction and maintain a high level of HC subject matter knowledge.
Working closely with the Director of Talent in Europe, you’ll provide proactive leadership with a keen focus on aligning HC initiatives with organizational and client initiatives, ensuring that each step taken supports broader business goals effectively.
Oliver Wyman operates a hybrid working policy and we will require the successful candidate to work from our London Baker Street office for at least 60% of the time.
