Description:
We are a well-known company in UAE seeking a EUROPEAN FEMALE Customer Relation Specialist. The applicant should be professional, skilled, and presentable. Fluent in English is a MUST.
SKILLS:
- 1+ years of hands on administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of computer operating systems.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High level of accuracy and organization.
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
Responsibilities:
- Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns.
- Organize the Team schedules on daily basis.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Record details of customer contacts and actions are taken.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Update customer information in the CRM database during and after each call.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer records and perform data entry.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the General Manager.
