DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a EU Operations Controller to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Working to given parameters to ensure load fill maximisation and ensuring collections and deliveries are made within the agreed parameters. To ensure any Blow Out recovery’s are either made at lowest cost and still maintain delivery within contractual constraints or liaise with Customer to collect freight later and deliver later where possible at nil cost to the business.
• Maintain relationships to implement and establish high, reliable on time collection and on time delivery performance and to respond to inquiries / requests of a moderate difficulty level from Suppliers, Carriers and others (internal & external).
• Liaise with Billing/Payable Team to ensure correct cost recovery against the responsible party and any subsequent invoicing requirements.
• Ensuring that all appropriate transportation and customs documentation is created and processed timely and accurately
