JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee evening FOH and BOH operations during evening (4 p.m. - close)
  • 5 day work week!
  • Must be able to balance accuracy and speed
  • Coach and manage both FOH and BOH team
  • Maintain a work environment that ensures the highest of food safety
  • Assist Executive Directors in execution of high-level goals
  • Oversee after close responsibilities- cleaning of restaurant and truck

REQUIREMENTS

Since the beginning, we’ve served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. It may not be the easy way, but it’s the only way we know
