You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. $16 - $18 hourlyResponsibilities:

  • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
  • Handle customer complaints as necessary
  • Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
  • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
  • Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
  • Identify and respond to guest needs creatively
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of the breakfast program

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
  • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
  • To be considered, applicants must be available to work weekends and evenings
