About the role
Casual opportunity to support the ’out of hours’ operations and activities of the RBWH Education Centre. The role is a key liaison role for clients and stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery functions within the Education Centre.
About you

This successful applicant will carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health’s values:

• Support the delivery of operations within the RBWH Education Centre, including, but not limited to:
• Ensuring clients Audio Visual (AV) needs are delivered and set up as requested (incl. Zoom, Teams, microphones, projectors and cameras) and troubleshooting any technical issues.
• Room set up in accordance with customer and event specifications.
• Event-related support for clients.
• Assit with catering services within the centre under MN Catering Services.
• Be flexible to work a non-standard roster, mainly comprising of evenings and weekends.
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures within the centre.
• Communicate with internal and external clients to ensure their needs and expectations of the Education Centre are met.
