Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Integrated Events & Project Management or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to make “common sense” initiatives and make sound judgments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and organization of events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and vendor communication.
  • Coordinate event setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and signage.
  • Provide on-site support during events, assisting with guest registration, check-in, and attendee inquiries.
  • Assist with post-event activities, including data collection, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation-related events, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of event activities.Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
