Do you have proven experience as an administrative assistant/secretary, preferable in a multicultural working environment? Do you have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office? If you’re also a structured, responsible person, then this might be the position for you!
ABOUT THE POSITION
Perido is looking for an Event Assistant to our costumer, an independent and important agency of the European Union. You will be working partly from home and partly at the office, minimum 2 days a week, based just north of central Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this role, you will provide general administrative support including:
- Processing travel requests from staff members and external meeting participants
- Arranging travel and hotel bookings
- Processing travel claims and reimbursement applications
- Collaborating with external travel suppliers
- Verifying offers of services and invoices
- Register travel, meetings and financial information in monitoring systems
- Filing, archiving in paper and electronically
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High level of service orientation; excellent customer service focus
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Preferably administrative experience in a multicultural environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) – with a focus on Excel
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
